PHX (Phoenix Integration) ModelCenter inspects and optimizes marine designs. It can pull from a variety of formats. We aren't selling it yet, but it does have hooks for Rhino and it looks like an interesting product. Here's their blurb:

PHX ModelCenter allows you to easily create and automate custom programs with a simple interface. Integration of Rhino tools with ModelCenter yields the ability to scale a hull surface, interrogate the surface for Hydrostatic information and then feed that information into an Excel empirical based design model.
