3DTechnics Legacy System Support
- 3DTechnics will offer service for the following Roland legacy machines if parts are available.
Note that service charges will apply if the machine is sent to us, and shipping costs both ways
is the responsibility of the customer regardless of whether the machine can be fixed or not.
- We can also sell parts if they are specifically requested by customers. Since the repair work
is being done by the customer themselves in this case, we sell the parts on a pre-paid no-return
basis and we are not able to offer support on the repair process.
- 3DTechnics in most cases can offer to take trade-ins on legacy Roland equipment towards the
purchase of a new Roland machine. We generally offer 12% off of our 3DTechnics prices if the
machine being traded in is of the same product family as the new machine.
