BU-1/FP-740
The BU-1 Bulk-Ink option for the FP-740 sublimation printer allows for large amounts of ink in bulk bottles to be loaded. It was introduced in 200710.
With the BU-1 installed, the FP-740 can run unattended for up to 42 hours, or 881 m2 of material. The BU-1 requires the use of SBL2 Inks. SBL2 Inks are less expensive per volume and have a wider color gamut than the SBL Inks currently used on the FP-740 without the BU-1.
