Dropout is a utility for putting files into Roland machines, including PRN toolpath files and firmware. There are currently four methods for doing firmware installs. Aside from Dropout, there is Versaworks for online updates, and the FirmInstaller and PECK utilities. Dropout has also been used to pipe RML code to some MDX milling machines.
